Terms of use

Satguru AI (SAI) is provided to employees and authorised partners of Satguru Travel Group for business use. By signing in you agree to the following.

Your account

• Use only your own official account. Never share passwords or one-time codes, and sign out on shared devices.
• Request access only for the work you are assigned to; approvals may be reviewed and withdrawn.
• Tell SAI Support immediately if you suspect your account has been misused.

Acceptable use

• Use SAI and the applications it opens for legitimate Satguru business.
• Treat knowledge articles, reports and customer data as confidential; do not copy them outside approved systems.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other users' data or disrupt the service.

Monitoring and changes

Activity in SAI is logged for security and compliance as described in the Privacy notice. Satguru Travel Group may change these terms and the applications available through SAI; material changes are announced within SAI.

Help is available from SAI Support through the Support Center or your organisation's IT help desk.
