Privacy notice

Satguru AI (SAI) is an internal platform of Satguru Travel Group for employees and authorised partners. This notice explains what SAI records and why.

What SAI stores

  • Your official work identity: name, official email, position, department, branch and reporting line, as maintained by your organisation.
  • Your access: which applications you can see, the requests and approvals you take part in, and the entitlements you hold.
  • Your activity in SAI: sign-ins, application launches, support tickets, knowledge usage and questions asked to Ask SAI. Only a short preview of an Ask SAI question is kept for improving the knowledge base.
  • Security context: a hashed network address and a summary of your browser, kept for fraud and abuse prevention.

Why it is stored

To give you the right access at the right time, to meet audit and compliance obligations, to run and improve the applications you use, and to keep the platform secure. Every material change is written to an audit trail that administrators can review.

Who can see it

Access is role-based and limited to what each role needs: application owners see usage for their own applications, support staff see the tickets they handle, administrators see audit records. Passwords are never stored in readable form and secrets are never shown in the interface.

Retention and your choices

Records are kept for as long as your organisation requires for operations and compliance, then archived or anonymised; nothing referenced by an audit trail is deleted outright. For questions about your data, contact SAI Support or your organisation's data protection contact.

Provisional wording pending approval by Satguru Travel Group.
